All Users - ESPECIALLY VISITORS - Please Read this FirstThis web site is a source of information for both Remap Members and potential clients in the UK. We hope it may also be of use to overseas visitors to give you ideas which you can implement locally.
HOWEVER, Some of the information on the site is primarily aimed at Remaps membership which is largely made of of engineers, technicians and Occupational Therapists (OT's).
As a visitor you are welcome to look at all parts of the site and use the ideas yourself BUT please bear in mind that even where quite detailed designs may be given the device will have been made for an individual after evaluation of their personal situation.
You cannot and must not assume these are general purpose designs, often they are not and therefore they may not be suited to universal use. Use the information here by all means but it is your responsibility to use it appropriately and seek advice from OT's and other professionals where necessary.
